Q: Can I really learn how to repair in 5 days?

A: Yes! Our technicians purposely made small classes to give the students a more personal learning experience. Wild PCS will show you over and over until you are comfortable with the special techniques shown.

Q: In my area we have more CDMA phone users; do you train how to repair CDMA phones also?

A: Repair techniques are exactly the same for repair CDMA and GSM, even though we only use GSM as our training materials to train all of our students how to repair GSM cell phone, but after the training you will be able to repair CDMA phones as well, only thing that is different is frequency, water damage, charging port repair or phone has no net work is all the same no matter is CDMA phone or GSM phone.

Q: How about software flashing? Do you train on that too?

A: We will only train you how to unlock GSM phones, but we don’t train you on how to flash CDMA phones, especially flashing from Verizon to metro PCS or from Sprint to Cricket. We mainly focus on hardware repair training, not software.

Q: How many days is your training course and how much is it?

A: It is a 5 days course and a total of $1500.00.

A: When more than 1 person from the same company signs up together then you do qualify for a discount. Call for details.

Q: After the training, will you tell me where I can buy all the parts and tools?

A: Yes. Parts and tools information is included in the course. We give all students a list of wholesale suppliers, where to purchase parts, tools and equipment.

Q: I am currently not in the wireless field; can I take this course too?

A: Yes. Anyone can take this course but since the course is only 5 days it will be a little more difficult for you to recognize cellular models versus someone who is currently in wireless business.

Q: Do I need to have electronics background in order to take this training course?

A:  No. Repair cell phones have nothing to do with electronics experience. Cell phone repairs are based on troubleshooting and to repair physical damage and water damage repair. No need to be engineer minded.

Q: After the training, do I receive any certificate?

A: Yes. Once the course is complete every student will receive a completion certificate from Wild PCS.

Q: Can I find a technician job after the training?

A: This training course is mainly design for people that already in the wireless field and would like to have repair as second revenue or people willing to change to wireless repair field, to look for technician job after the training will be little harder.

Q: When is the next available course date?

A: Most classes are weekly, but make sure to always check foravailable course dateson the “Training Course” Section on our wild PCS website.

Q: How can I register for your training course? Can I pay when I get there?

A: you can go to “check available course date “on our website and register the training. And you do need to register before you come in order for us to hold your spot versus paying last minute and we might not have available seat for you when you show up.

Q: How far is your training facility from the strip?

A: We are about 3 miles off the strip from Tropicana Avenue.

Q: Where are the nearest hotels that I can stay?

A: We have listed some of close by hotels for your reference on our “hotel & info“ section on our website. If you are looking for air fare and hotels package, there are few travel agent company are also listed.
