As a non-technical person, I found the training classes easy to understand and to put into practice.  The trainers were excellent, patient, and did not mind having to repeat information if necessary.  Anyone who is interested in becoming a cellular repair technician should enroll in the Level I, II, and III classes – it is worth the investment to learn it right the first time.
