I was impressed to say the least. The depth of knowledge that was taught and experience that we were given made it very clear that it was well worth the investment. My understanding of the products and procedures were limited in the beginning, after the training I can honestly say that I am confident in diving into not only cell phones, but ipads, laptops, and gaming consoles.
