I was very fortunate to take the one-week Wild PCS class in Las Vegas with Frank Dalessandro. Frank is an exceptional instructor and individual. He is a class act. I found about Wild PCS as I recently (with only knowing very little about the cell phone repair industry) made an offer to buy an existing cell phone repair center. The owner of that repair center recommended that I take the Wild PCS one-week course before I purchase his business as he said they are the best repair school. He was 100% correct. And I was fortunate to have Frank Dalessandro as my instructor. Frank is very knowledgeable and passionate about making sure his students learn the materials (student failure is not an option with Frank). He made the class very entertaining as well due to his hilarious sense of humor which I valued a lot. The week flew by since Frank made the class so interesting and fun. And I must say that I was amazed at my knowledge level when I completed the training. Frank and Wild PCS exceeded my expectations. The week after the class I went back to the owner of the repair center I planned on buying and it turned out I learned techniques that he did not do himself at his business (Level 3 repair and water repair techniques). The owner told me he subs out his Level 3 (soldering) repairs since they are too difficult. That made me feel empowered as Frank taught me all of those Level 3 techniques. I am extremely grateful to Frank and Wild PCS for taking me under their wing and doing such a phenomenal job of teaching me. Now that the course is over Frank has been very generous sharing his time with me by telephone and text as well and helping me carefully navigate my next steps in this exciting industry. I highly recommend this course and highly, highly recommend their rock star instructor, Frank Dalessandro too!

The drive to Dallas was completely worth it for this class. I learned so much and Rene did a real good job at something I did not expect at all before I showed up, Making the class fun and enjoyable and not boring! Sense Ive been back ive started my new Cell Phone repair business and even made some money the night I got back using information I learned in class that very day to unlock a friend of mines phone. Ive done a few iphone and ipad repairs for customers so far and have had zero trouble and havnt had to use the support yet for the repairs. This was a great investment and I know for a fact I will make my money back soon. If your thinking about taking this class, Dont think anymore! Just do it and you wont regret it.
