Taking this course was the best thing I’ve done for myself in 20 years. Our instructor Frank Dalessandro managed to condense his extensive knowledge of the cell phone repair industry and years of experience into one information packed week – covering everything from troubleshooting procedures on through to proper soldering techniques. I know what to do from the moment a customer hands me their broken phone to the moment I hand it back to them completely fixed. Having this certification will open many doors for me. Owning a small cell phone repair shop, My father and I decided to give Wildpcs a try. What a great experience! Rene is an amazing instructor. He really knows his stuff and applies it well in teaching others.
