I attended class at Wild PCS in Las Vegas Jan. 20-25 with Frank as my instructor. I believe during that week I was taught the best techniques and given the best knowledge to becoming a Master Cellular Technician. I came into this class not knowing much about cell phones and repairs, But by the end of the course I came out confident and fully educated on how cell phones work and all their components. I absolutely didn’t have any problem paying the registration or even purchasing the Master Technician Repair Kit. I know I am going to be making my money back in no time. I would like to thank Frank for being such a great instructor. Frank is a very patient guy and you can tell he loves to teach his students. Also, Thanking Wild PCS for having such a great course for people to educate themselves on repair. Everyone on the Wild PCS staff I encountered, were very nice and were happy to help me with whatever I needed. Thank You Frank & Wild PCS!

I took this course from Feb 3rd to Feb 7th 2014 in Atlanta with Rene Amsterdam. Great training, great environment. A lot of knowledge in a short space of time, the hours flew by. I open my own store here in a few weeks, could not be doing this without the help of this school and trainer. I wouldn’t hesitate to spend the extra money for this school, you get what you pay for all the way with this course. Also the hotel they have listed is country inn and suites, it’s really good for the corporate price, been in a lot worce for double the price. Rene is a really good trainer and you will leave happy even if you have been doing this job for a while you will learn “new tricks of the trade” I’ll try to remember you at Christmas Rene but I just maybe too busy! I took the course in sin city, there was no sinning going on in this arena. Frank D rocked it, made it plain and simple to understand. Had the best hands on training that in the business. If you take this class especially with Frank D as your instructor, you should come out of this class with the knowledge of a Master Technician. This class is well worth taking especially if you are technical savvy. Don’t get me wrong its a lot of info, but you can do it as long as you give it 100%. With Frank D you can’t go wrong.
