It has been 3 months since I attended classes in Atlanta. There is a new phone on the market I needed advise on and called Rene 9:00 am EST. When Rene answered he sounded a little groggy!? It turns out he was in Las Vegas conducting a forensics class so it was 6:00 am there. Obviously I called him back later but was amazed he was willing to take my call. Service after the sale really happens with these guys!!
