I really have a great time training with Rene in Las Vegas last week. The experience is fun and it makes me learn the process quickly. I just recently opened by my repair shop prior to training and the knowledge I have learned has given me more confidence on how to run my store and how to do things right. It is a money well spent. I am now in the process of scouting a second and third location for my repair center, and even planning to add some potential target customer. If you are serious on setting up a repair shop, I highly recommend taking the class.

Lluvia is an awesome trainer with a great personality and great sense of humor. She voluntarily laughed at all my bad jokes and almost humored me with some chola-speak, although I really didn’t expect her to fulfill the request.

In all seriousness, the training is great and offers practical training for people of all levels. I came away with confidence in taking apart and rebuilding phones of all makes and models because of the Wild PCS approach to fixing phones: It isn’t about the specific make and model, but generalized to apply to classes of phones.

Further, Lluvia is a knowledgeable instructor who definitely has plenty of hands-on experience to back up what she says. People who are worth their salt and have had previous experience prior to attending the class I was in said the same thing. Bottom line, this training will take a newbie and turn him/her into someone competent enough to hire on and be confident they know what they’re looking at, and take someone who already has experience and let them get to the next level in cell phone repair.
