I completed my certification last week and it was not even close to what I expected. I had never touched a cell phone before, other than to make calls & texts. By the end of day 1, I was pulling apart cell phones like a pro! Just imagine how the rest of the week went! Rene was absolutely awesome! He made sure I understood everything he said and even took time to repeat and explain things when I felt lost in a manner that I could better grasp them. He was very patient, professional, and knows EVERYTHING about cell phone and tablets! He really made the class fun! I don’t think I would have enjoyed it with anyone else! Rene even gave us his contact information if we need help with a device in the future! How awesome is that?? The entire experience was definitely worth the investment! My husband will be taking his course soon. He and all of our cell phone repair employees will be requesting Rene!
